New Database Trials

The Library is featuring two new databases: Morgan & Claypool Publishers (Synthesis Digital Media Series) and SymptomMedia.

The Synthesis Digital Media Series is an information service for the research, development and educational communities in engineering and computer science, which combines authoritative content with advanced digital delivery. Biology content is also included in this database.

This trial ends March 31, 2013. Let us know what you think about the Synthesis Digital Media Series by filling out this brief survey.

We are also trialing SymptomMedia, which is a great database of streaming online videos related to behavioral health, counseling, and psychology. Video content covers a large range of topics including DSM diagnoses, psychoanalytic and psychometric assessment, counseling techniques, and more.

Trial ends March 13, 2013. We welcome your feedback on this database. Click here to provide feedback on SymptomMedia.

If you have any questions or need any assistance with these resources, please contact the Reference Desk at or 903-566-7343.
