Please note: Starting at midnight, during this extended time, only students and those with UT Tyler ID cards will be allowed in the building. If you come to the library after midnight, you will be asked for ID at the library's entrance. If you are in the building at midnight, security will make rounds and ask anyone who is not affiliated with the university to leave. This is for safety reasons. The entrance on the first floor (facing the UC and pond) will be closed at midnight. The main entrance will remain open until closing time. Additional note on hours after finals: The library will be closed on Saturday December 20 and Sunday December 21. The library will be open Monday, December 22 from 8:00am to 5:00pm. The library will be open on Tuesday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. On Tuesday, we ask patrons who may be coming from out of town to call ahead and verify the hours. The library will then be closed from Wednesday December 24 to Sunday January 4, 2009 for the Christmas Holiday. We will reopen on Monday January 5, 2009 at 8:00am.
